What will they learn?

In bjj there is zero striking! Your child will not learn how to hit or kick someone, they will learn how to stop someone from hitting them, take them to the ground and restrain them. As they become more advanced they will learn “submissions” techniques designed to force our opponent to Tap out. Therefore ending the match. But more importantly they will learn respect, discipline, confidence, resilience and focus.
